Cancellation Policy

1) Please note that the 50% deposit payment is non-refundable in the case of party cancellation.

2) Cancellation within the following terms will result in the client being liable for:
a: Within 8 weeks of party date: 50% of total party balance
b: Within 4 weeks of party date: 75% of total party balance
c: Within 2 weeks of party date: 100% of total party balance

3) Party cancellation by August Agency would result in a 100% refund.

COVID-19 Policy

In the event that the government enforce restrictions that means the party can not go ahead then in the first instance a new mutually convenient date can be arranged.
If a suitable alternative date can not be found then a full refund will be made. In the event that the party has to be postponed due to the child, their class or family member having to self isolate then the party can be postponed to a new mutually convenient date but is non-refundable.

In both of the above cases, if the event has to be postponed or cancelled within 72 hours of the party date then the cost of any perishables that have already been ordered or made will be deducted before the refund is made.
Whilst we will always make best efforts to accommodate event changes, sub-contractors are subject to their own terms and therefore third party cancellation charges may be payable
